Social Media Specialist/Community Manager required by Telecommunications company £25,000-£35,000
A leading telecommunications company are looking for a talented Social Media specialist/Community manager/to join the team.
As the Social Media Specialist/Community Manager you'll be responsible for controlling the conversations people are having about the brand across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc), and will be responsible for being the voice/persona of the brand and critical to shaping how the company is viewed within the community.
Develop engagement focused strategies that will allow the brand to know it's customers and vice versa.
Develop and publish content that is on-brand and consistent in tone of voice, style and delivery and coordinating this with the brand's member experience, marketing and technology teams to ensure the community is utilised to its fullest potential and in line with brand positioning
Engaging with the brand's community across their Forums and social media platforms
Developing and publishing content to engage existing users and to increase brand visibility
This role will suit someone who loves being creative and coming up with new ways to engage with people and most of all someone who literally lives, breathes and sleeps social media!
