We are currently looking for a highly experienced Account Director / Senior AD / Group AD (dependent on level of experience) to join the dynamic and successful account handling team of one of the region's most established agencies. You will be fully involved with a group of accounts, some of the agency's leading and most established ones, the majority of which are in the global FMCG, consumer, drinks, and leisure sectors. You will primarily be responsible for growing the clients, delivering on numbers, and overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of all marketing projects, campaigns and strategies, ensuring that you meet and manage projects in a timely manner and within tight timescales to the highest quality and best service.

As a person, you will have at least 5-6 years' agency experience with a proven background of growing a strategic account and managing a team within an agency, preferably from a FMCG/Drinks background. You should also be able to clearly demonstrate an extremely driven, passionate, dynamic, and ambitious attitude when in front of clients, and both want to and do always go the 'extra mile' and exceed client expectations.
