Reporting into the Group Digital Marketing Manager the Web Content Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of all content displayed across the group’s websites, delivering engaging content for customers. This key role requires a creative, experienced web content manager who is passionate about all things digital, has an obsession for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all content (including branding, imagery and tone of voice) is consistent with brand values. Making recommendations for optimising content to improve performance against agreed KPIs.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing effective digital content and ideally multi-language sites. Solid experience in CMS and ideally SITECORE. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven experience of managing a set of complex stakeholders.
