Job Description

A rare and exciting opportunity for a senior and strategic Client Services Director to come in and join an agency that has become a leading figure in retail/shopper marketing. An agency that needs no formal introduction my client is one of the most recognised agencies in the region. As Client Services Director you will be responsible for planning, directing and managing accounts, spanning across retail, food and drink.

Leading a strong and well respected account management team they are looking for a real heavyweight candidate with a broad skill set encompassing strategic, commercial and creative capabilities. You will shape and mould the team, inspiring and developing a passionate team to help deliver first class integrated shopper solutions. You will lead and run pitches, develop existing business whilst always maintaining the agencies creative edge.

You will be a creative brand strategist who is passionate about all things shopper marketing and what it can deliver to its clients. You will be an eloquent and motivational communicator, and will get a real kick out of creating work that will deliver creative innovation.
