The role will involve managing client relationships, understanding their needs and liaising with internal departments to meet various client briefs for different services. Needless to say you’ll need to be highly organised, have great communication skills and build strong relationships at all levels. Ensuring your clients get the best possible service and that deadlines and quality standards are met, you’ll be driven to constantly get results for your clients. Your experience could have come from any B2B Account Management role in any industry, though Marketing Services experience would be beneficial.
