We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Director or Commercial Director (or both!) to join a successful integrated RETAIL agency based in fabulous new Bournemouth offices. The agency is very well-established and works with leading retail/FMCG brands. They are experiencing continued growth and are now seeking the right person to join and help shape the future of the agency.

The role will be to lead and develop their team and their client business through exceptional levels of service. To strive to achieve outstanding strategic and creative work that delivers great results for their clients and to lead the agencies response to new business pitches.Equally, they can accommodate a Commercial Director to drive new and incremental business. These are opportunity roles to play a key part in the agencies future, with potential equity share.
