My client, a successful B2B brand and strategic communications agency, is looking for an Account Director with knowledge of developing digital and traditional TTL campaigns.
This award-winning agency works with an array of business-to-business clients on a range of integrated campaigns, and needs a talented Marketer to enhance their client services team. As Account Director, you will be responsible for the management and growth of a number of the agency's key accounts, and for the management of other members of the client services team. You will need a thorough understanding of the application of marketing services, through all channels but particularly through digital channels, in support of clients' commercial objectives. The role will also require you to engage and communicate confidently and authoritatively at a senior level with clients regarding direction, and to advise on how the agency can support this.
To be considered for the role, you should have an impressive track record in managing senior clients, commercial knowledge, and strong strategic awareness, with a history of working with very credible clients. Knowledge of web technology and online marketing concepts and trends, and ideally experience of end-to-end project management/delivery and its methodology (such as Prince2 or Agile) will also be required. You may already be an Account Director, or a Senior Account Manager or Project Manager looking to take that next step. It is a given that you will have exceptional client management and communication skills, people and team management experience, and a strong analytical background.
