We are looking for a highly organised professional to manage our small but busy graphic design studio. Proven experience working in a design studio or creative industry is essential along with effective organisational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team through efficient leadership. An excellent knowledge of Mac Software and Microsoft Office is essential and an understanding of photography equipment would be an advantage as would previous experience in retail packaging.

The successful candidate will encourage effective liaison with the buying team and creatives and oversee all work and project work. It also typically involves ensuring that all briefs are dispatched in the studio according to a designer’s skills and strengths, liaising with server contractors and ordering and storing studio materials. Planning and recruiting where necessary to ensure all work is delivered promptly and to deadline and communicating with store managers as and when required. The ideal candidate will be multi functional in their approach and willing to provide assistance to the team when required. They must have the necessary skills to ensure the studio is operated efficiently but positively to accelerate creative output.
