Somewhat of a change from most AM roles, this position would see you joining a very successful and growing Midlands agency with a network of offices. Working on a cross section of markets and clients, your role won’t just be to project manage work but to steer, lead and advise clients in executing their marketing plan.
Supported by the Account Director, you will have an inert ability and an interest in growing your strategic ability. With a very busy work load, you will be expected to be able to hold your own on in front of the client on a wide range of projects and activity. Not only a good communicator with clients, you’ll motivate and brief studio, digital and PR in order to get the best results for the client and the agency.
Although a meaty role, it’s not a sink or swim type of place. It’s a very flat structure where the door to the boss’s office is always open and someone is always willing to lend a hand if you get stuck. So as well as the role keeping you very busy, you’re guaranteed to get the support internally to allow for your own development.
To be considered you’ll need some agency experience or perhaps a mixture of in-house and agency. Above all you’ll be a switched on marketer and solid project manager who doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
