Due to the further expansion and development this growing Midlands based Creative Agency our looking for an Account Manager to join their Account Services Team.
This exciting, hands-on role would suit an enthusiastic and tenacious Account Manager, hungry for success and looking to join an award winning leading agency that offers genuine opportunities for career progression.
Joining a fantastic team, You'll be responsible for selling and project managing our clients’ services from inception to completion of the client brief.
Aim
As Account Manager you will provide an effective account management function delivering increasing revenue and profit from existing clients, and increasing client portfolio.
Role definition
• Promoting the company’s services to new and existing clients to drive sales.
• Developing relationship with clients.
• Presenting an efficient, professional and knowledgeable image of the company, that inspires confidence in the client and ensuring that this is delivered on.
• Providing a liaison between clients and designers to ensure full communication.
• Assist in producing tender and pitch documents.
• Consistently achieve required revenue and profit levels.
Function and weighting
• Excellent interaction skills and an organised approach to face-to-face, telephone and electronic communications. (20%)
• Ability to appreciate and communicate complex briefs in an easily understandable format. (15%)
• Appreciation, and growing knowledge, of the areas within which the company operates. (10%)
• Ability to work within a pressurised environment, without deterioration in performance, to consistently hit targets and recognise the need for, and ability to enact, corrective action where necessary. (35%)
• Competence in constructing sales documentation, including brief forms, to offer accurate and comprehensive information to the design team. (20%)
