Our client, a media agency based in Leeds, are looking to recruit an Account Manager with experience of media planning and buying. The role itself will focus on offline campaigns spanning TV, press and inserts for an array of prestigious, blue chip clients.
They are looking to speak to someone with media agency experience, who have spent ideally 3 years in a media planner / buyer role. This person will sit in a senior position in a team of 3 other people. The real focus for this role is the hands on knowledge of the operational side of media planning and buying particular for TV.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the research, analysis and strategy behind media campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI. You will ideally be someone with a strong business aptitude, who is able to convey ideas clearly and confidently communicate with clients. You need to have solid analytical and mathematical skills for this position, as you will be dealing with multimillion-pound budgets across a number of clients’ campaigns.
