You should have a minimum of 1 years experience, perhaps upto around 4 years experience max, and be looking to join an agency where the idea is king. This agency has creativity at the heart of everything it does, and works extremely hard to help it’s clients connect with their customers through the most appropriate channels, so it’s important you can show the ability to think about client problems, and develop innovative solutions. You could be working on a Ads, Digital, Guerrilla Marketing, DM, POS, etc, wherever your clients can best engage and communicate with their customers. If you are conceptually strong and able to think of the solution before thinking of the channel to use, this agency could be for you.
