As a result of this growth they now need someone to lead their digital design team and educated the graphic designers, account handlers and clients. User experience is at the heart of everything they do so a strong understanding of UX/UI and IA is essential. You should also have strong leadership skills and a breadth of understanding across digital channels including web, tablets and mobile.
