This role will involve predominantly working with an automotive client, across a range of marketing solutions but with a focus on CRM. In order to be considered for this post, automotive and CRM experience is essential.
Key responsibilities will include
Leading strategic planning for an automotive CRM account
Delivering integrated off and online strategies considering all customer touch-points
Producing detailed business plans and building financial models, interpreting results to improve performance
Understanding what drives customer behaviour and championing this into propositions
Working with insight to understand, segment and target the customer base
Continuing a solid and lasting reputation with senior clients
