This leading creative and digital agency in the West Midlands is looking for a talented Account Manager to join them in their multi-disciplined team. This innovative agency is progressing, and the Account Manager is required to manage and develop their key accounts across a range of B2B and B2C sectors.
As Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and develop the relationship with their key accounts. The agency offers a complete service, from branding, campaigns, tenders, and brochures, to digital work such as app development, and general marketing, so your work could encompass any aspects of these. Responsibilities will include liaising with clients, team members, and suppliers, presenting and negotiating, interpreting and developing briefs, generating work, and working on several projects simultaneously.
As a person, you should have at least 2-3 years’ agency experience, and experience of working with a portfolio of clients. An understanding of both printed and digital mediums, including apps, experience of managing day-to-day workflow for creative projects, and knowledge of job trafficking systems are also essential. You should be confident and positive, calm under pressure, and able to multi-task, with commercial and financial awareness, organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and an eye for quality. Having access to your own transport would also be preferable.
