You will love being a part of the process, continuously recommending new techniques and trends that will add to the user experience and conversion rate of customers.

Your are confident of your hand built XHTML / CSS skills with additional Javascript (JQuery, JQuery UI). You can design and create in Photoshop and Illustrator, with Flash Pro experience an advantage. Further experience with CMS systems, FTP and domain management, SEO, PHP, Wordpress and .net would also be useful.
