Web Designer/Front End Developer, In-house, Staffordshire, Contract, £25,000-£30,000 pro rata

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Web Designer/Front End Developer to join a successful in-house team within the Hospitability industry, based in Staffordshire on a contract basis.

The company is a leading business in their sector and have a large in-house design team. They are now looking to expand their team by recruiting a Web Designer/Front Developer for a 9+ month contract.
As their Web Designer/Front End Developer you will be responsible for:

• Coding HTML / CSS layouts
• Developing and testing WordPress sites
• Creating new functionality and interactions such as widgets
• Creating design assets and advertising banners
• Preparing web optimised product images and banners

As their Web Designer/Front End Developer you will have experience in the following:

• WordPress theme creation and customisation
• PHP
• HTML, CSS, HTML5
• JavaScript (jquery)
• Designing in Adobe CS5
• Understanding of Good User Experience
• MYSQL (preferable, but not essential)

This really is a nice role opportunity for a Web Designer/Front End Developer to join a friendly in-house design team for a 9 month plus contract role.
