Long-established, highly successful agency is looking for an AD (who could be an SAM ready for and seeking progression) to boost their strategic capability and add value to existing clients, working across all main channels (both online and offline), whilst also contributing to the agency’s continued new business growth.
Working as part of a small, close-knit, but highly professional team, the ideal candidate will be a proven strategic thinker and someone who has experience of working alongside and closely with researchers and planners in producing creative and original but hardworking campaigns; however, in reality, they also need to be a ‘do-er’, able to manage the entire process from initial strategy formation to completion, briefing and co-ordinating internal depts and external suppliers, and liaising effectively with clients, in order to ensure effective campaign implementation.
A thinker who’s also a real do-er would be the ideal candidate for this role; someone with proven strategic know-how, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment, and the strength of character to lead, motivate and inspire a small team to high levels of performance....
