OVERVIEW
Key objective
Our client needs someone who is very, very good with words, even better at ideas and especially good at working with other people like designers and account managers. We require someone to work initially, day-to-day and shoulder-to-shoulder with our design team. Ultimately, it is about wowing the clients with the quality and standard of the agency’s work to the point that they continue to come back for more.
The emphasis at this agency is on the people, more than the work – the philosophy being that to make it about the work, you have to make it about the people first.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project management
• To come up with ideas aligned to client briefs and agreed brand platforms
• Attend key client meetings to help sell messaging, copy and scientific writing solutions.
• Inspire with new directions, ideas and ensure a constant supply of concepts.
Financial management
• Know what budget you are working to.
General administration
• Project filing and being organised
Commercial awareness and business development
• Become familiar with the codes of conduct and restrictions within healthcare, client products, therapy areas, portfolio and commercial strategy.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, work for pitches and additional business opportunities.
