The Training Network Manager’s core role is to set up and manage delivery of the Creative & Digital Media employer training network to achieve all targets, and to ensure that the network meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of employers, employees, freelancers and other stakeholders involved.
Establishing high standards of excellence, they will plan delivery of the network; meet, engage employers and advocate network participation; facilitate collaboration between network stakeholders; identify training needs and barriers to skills development; execute network events which address those needs and barriers; monitor and evaluate the progress of the network.
