A pro-active, experienced digital designer is required to join the creative team of this growing agency. This is a great opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual looking to progress their career. Initially joining at "managerial" level, you will have the opportunity to progress to Creative Director / Board level and steer the creative direction of the agency's output.

Minimum requirements:

3 years + experience of designing digital communication for various clients
Excellent digital design & conceptual skills
Excellent Photoshop skills
Proven ability in CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, Flash to AAA accessibility requirements (although the agency's Front-End developers will fulfill most of the requirements therein)
Experience of leading, motivating and nurturing a team
Experience and skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in mobile/responsive design
Experience in using Balsamiq or any other wireframing tools ideally
Experience of the Joomla! content management system would be beneficial
This is an excellent opportunity for a genuinely creative individual with a good diverse portfolio of work behind them. You will be comfortable client facing and have the ability to fully realise clients requirements, from wireframes to finished designs. You will be passionate about your work and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating the design team
Producing design concepts for pitches & clients
Working with the sales team in pitches
Producing designs/sites/concepts
Producing artwork for the company
Ongoing refining and improvement of the agency's processes
Liaison with the Digital Production Manager on resources and schedules
