Job Description

One of the region’s leading integrated agencies has a requirement for a digital SAM/AD who is able to direct and develop blue chip accounts, whilst also helping to drive the agency forward, as part of a highly committed team, through carefully targeted new business activity.

Suitable candidates for this key development role will have a successful agency track record, together with the charisma, gravitas and strategic know-how to handle major clients and deliver digital campaigns that achieve growth for clients, whilst also producing clear bottom line agency profit. In addition, the ability to nurture prospects, from initial contact stage, through to conversion, ensuring healthy levels of new business success, is essential.

Suitable candidates will have a 'can-do' attitude, together with the knowledge, experience and personality to develop senior level client relationships, and will also have the proven ability to develop business in the digital arena in a results-driven environment.

At least 6 years’ experience is required for this key role, in which you will be very much a part of the agency’s senior team - as such, you will be expected to make a significant contribution to their continued success, and, in return, will receive significant recognition and rewards. You are likely to be either an existing AD seeking a new challenge or an ambitious SAM, constrained in their present role, and seeking more scope and responsibility as part of a winning team.
