Fabulous new opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join one of the most highly regarded integrated agencies in the region where you’ll head up a major new retail client.
This is a brand new role and will focus solely on managing and growing this high profile account win. As such, we’re looking for proven Account Directors with a clearly demonstrable track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns for clients in the retail sector. You don’t have to be an out and out retail specialist, but we do need you to have a good understanding of the retail space, what influences consumer buying habits and what ultimately helps shift products off the shelves.
To be considered you must be a proven Account Director with a strong through-the-line skill set and an ability to develop strong client relationships at all levels. You’ll hold a key role in developing this prestigious new account win so your ability to influence, instil trust and confidence quickly is crucial. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the account so you’ll have a natural ability to network and deliver organic revenue growth. As you’d expect, we’ll need you to have a strong integrated skill set, with a clear understanding of all marketing channels, a strong strategy ability and a willingness to get stuck in to campaign delivery to ensure happy clients.
