The Growth and Retention Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and nurturing an on-going relationship with Linn customers, both directly and through retail partners.
To develop an appropriate (existing customer) segmentation model that will provide insight for growth and retention activity going forward.
To understand existing data/knowledge gaps and to build a plan to address on-going data capture and management across the business.
To develop a CRM strategy for existing Linn customers (including all data management requirements).
To develop and own the customer contact plans that will deliver against this CRM strategy.
To develop the content, promotion, pricing and proposition requirements for existing customers.
To deliver campaigns to existing customers in line with overall strategies.
To manage agency partners, ensuring they work together to deliver integrated campaign activity and reporting.
To work closely with other team members to ensure optimal data capture, customer management and analysis through entire customer lifecycle.
