HAVAS LYNX is a global communications group, formed from Creative Lynx and Havas 4D, leading digital agencies in Europe and the USA respectively. This position is ideal for an experienced client side or agency side marketer who is looking for a role with increased responsibility, autonomy and ownership. This is a new role within the company and will incorporate all internal communications as well as all manner of external PR and Marketing activities. You will grow this role over time, incorporating a range of initiatives from the full Marketing mix.

Together with the development of your own initiatives, there are a range of responsibilities that will form a part of this role:

• Internal communications – Writing, gaining contributions to, collating and distributing an internal newsletter (including work to set out layout, brand and so forth in collaboration with our studio team). Organising internal knowledge sharing events to ensure that people from teams across the agency maintain a solid awareness of on-going projects and new capabilities

• Events - Proactively seeking out opportunities for the company to be involved in and attend industry events; plan, organise and manage our attendance and associated marketing materials. You will also play a lead role with internal social occasions and will be responsible for communicating activities to the wider company

• P.R. - Write and gain approval for all press releases, maintaining a good working relationship with members of the industry press and keep abreast of competitor activity; ensuring that the company is represented in an appropriate way at all times. You will also be responsible for building relationships with external organisations such as industry press and Universities and utilising these relationships to ensure we maintain a strong presence

• Awards - We are lucky enough to be a multiple award winning network and continually look to improve on our previous successes; part of this role will be the management of awards entries and utilising your strong project management skills to ensure a smooth process and exceptional quality throughout

We’re looking for someone with excellent time management and organisational skills; who is a real people person and enjoys working as a part of a team. You should be able to demonstrate initiative, think creatively, be motivated and be comfortable in working autonomously. Personality is key and it is really important that you have your own opinion and ideas, as well as the confidence to share them. There may be some travel involved; therefore, you need to be willing to work off premises at times and possess a full, clean driving licence.
