Job Description

My client employs over 150 people in their trendy Camden offices and revenues exceed . Having doubled revenues the last 4 years in a row they’ve picked up several accolades including The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and National Business Awards.

Above all else my client is looking for bright, innovative and passionate people who can contribute to their continued success.

they are looking for new team members to help drive our vision of paid search to the next level.
they aren't like everyone else; they work in an agile environment consisting of small, autonomous teams and have no room for layers of management that contribute nothing to our clients' bottom line. So if you're interested in a hands-off managerial job or want to work in an office where everyone has a fixed role then, to be honest, there probably not for you.

But if you have a passion for online marketing, the knowledge to back it up, constantly strive to learn new skills and thrive in a dynamic workplace, they may well be the right company for you.

Data analysis - they work with databases to carry out large scale technical analysis. Prior knowledge of SQL or databases would be an advantage, but they do provide on-the-job training too.
Client management - they have a great relationship with their clients, and are always available to talk to them, so they expect all team members to be client-facing.
Problem-solving - they solve all manner of problems on accounts for their clients, from tracking issues to revenue allocation models. Being able to think outside the box is key.
