This is an exciting opportunity for a retention and loyalty focused Retention and Insight Specialist to join a high profile, fast-growing organisation in Edinburgh's city centre. This post offers the opportunity to really 'make it your own', but also allows ownership of a complete sector of the business.

Quantum is looking for a creative and commercially focused Retention and Insight candidate who ideally has a background within customer focused marketing.

You will be involved in making recommendations and influencing key stakeholders.

Your role will be to champion the use of customer data within the company and make use of existing loyalty drives as well as coming up with new initiatives.

You will be a key player in driving marketing strategy.

In order to be a success at this position, you will come from a quantitative research background; have a good understanding of insight, strategic marketing planning and also a highly numerical and statistical analysis background with data manipulation and a sound understanding of SQL.
