A great opportunity has arisen to join our client, a direct mailing specialist in the role of a Production/Account Manager.

The position is office based and you will be responsible for to taking briefs from clients and to conveying them to the in-house production and IT teams. Additionally you will be responsible for handling estimates, progress monitoring and maximising profit.

For your application to be successful you will have proven experience of working in a service environment, ideally an agency or a related industry such as a printers and possess a strong character with the ability to multi task as your role will involve you being the first point of contact for all customers. Our client is looking for relevant experience in production and/or account management ideally from an agency environment candidates with a marketing background will not be suitable.
