As part of our planned growth, we are now seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Manchester based team.

For this position we are either looking for someone who is currently in a Senior Project Management role, or a Digital Account Director who enjoys this element of their current role and is looking to emphasise this in a new position. We are also interested in hearing from people who have grown and managed teams on complex development projects across a range of environments and with numerous stakeholders.

It is not necessary that you have experience of working within a digital agency environment, what is important is that you have experience of working on a number of projects at any one time, juggling the various elements of these. You should have experience in managing the entire process; from initial brief and creation of the functional specification, right through to client sign off. Key to this role are strong communication skills as you will be both client facing and liaising regularly with internal departments. You can expect to work with Developers and Designers on an half-hourly basis, and should be confident communicating on a technical level. You will be incredibly well organised and proactive, allocating work and assigning resources as necessary, whilst also foreseeing problems and implementing solutions. You should be confident and prepared to share your ideas, whilst also encouraging and listening to those from other members of the team.

Working with a large team you will thrive under pressure and take ultimate responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. A sound financial understanding and commercial awareness around the impact of the decisions that you make is essential.
