Lead Flash Developer required for an exciting role with one of the Midlands leading creative agencies. As the Lead Flash Developer you will be responsible for creating and developing the flash user experience across a number of different platforms. This will include online games, adverts, social media pages and flash website builds. Sound good so far?

To be considered for this role you must have excellent web development skills and be highly proficient in html 5, CSS, Javascript and have strong Flash AS3/AS2 Development experience. You must also have a proven track record in visual design and have strong composition and typographic skills. People management experience is desirable but attention to detail and delivering results is essential.
