A Marketing Account Director is sought at very well-established and secure Marketing and Brand agency in south Oxfordshire. The agency are easily accessible from all areas of Oxfordshire, some parts of Glouctestershire, Wiltshire and Warwickshire.

The agency specialises in working with global brands, with a unique approach to brand, marketing and communications - helping their brands engage buyers through rich and powerful below the line solutions. This role will suit an Agency Account Director, looking for a fresh challenge in a medium sized agency with true marketeers. You will be working mainly on one key account, with multiple stakeholders across the global organisation. Your role will be taking the lead on B2B business, with support from a Senior Account Manager and Account Executive, with a remit to grow the business in terms of identifying new opportunities and service efficiencies.

Being a medium sized agency, it's all hands on deck and you will be required to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with the rest of the team when required. This will be music to the ears of any Account Director who likes the variety and balance of strategic focus, campaign planning and, at times, delivery. It's the same for everyone!
