The candidate should eat, drink and dream in pixels and feel just at home setting up grids and kerning type in Photoshop as working with developers. A minimum of 5 years professional web design experience is expected, as is a solid understanding of the principles of good UX and an eye for detail that can spot a single pixel mis-alignment from 10 feet.
