Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Director to join this leading full service advertising agency based in Leeds. A portfolio of clients spanning across retail, mail order, financial services and public sector you will be part of a forward thinking and innovative agency team.

Reporting into the MD, you will head up a group within the client services team working across all brands. You will facilitate and lead client service activity across your group and build, develop and strengthen client relationships. You will also support your team and focus on the strategic development of the group and its service provision as a whole.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Ultimate responsibility for allocated client accounts
• Day to day management of the team
• Provide strategic context for all client work produced
• Efficient leadership, management and strategic contribution to the new business process

You will need to have a strong strategic background and be a natural business developer with clients as new business pitches are essential to the role. You must have previous agency experience, and get a kick out of creating work that will deliver creative innovation and return on investment for the agencies high profile clients.
