Denholm’s client are a leading utilities company with a strong focus on supplying into the businesses across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity to join their forward thinking and innovative marketing team.
The main purpose of the role is to support the marketing managers and the head of marketing with the delivery of their marketing operational plans, including events, campaigns, digital, social media and exhibitions. You will deliver the marketing operational plans, incorporating all areas of the marketing mix including internal communications and digital. You will undertake research to derive segmentation and insight as well as liaise with approved agencies/ external suppliers to ensure effective delivery of communications and campaign material. Additional responsibilities include; internal and external events planning, organisation and delivery, as well as the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs. You will be a confident communicator and involve key stakeholders at each stage of a campaign and report on results once completed.
You will have previous experience in a marketing or communications role in a B2B environment and of implementing customer communications strategies. You will be managing a variety of projects at any one time so will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while juggling key projects across digital, social media, direct mail/e-mail and events as well as analysis using Google analytics and other online tools.
