Well regarded, highly decorated national agency is looking for a Business Development Manager for their Midlands office.
They are looking for a switched on, highly experienced candidate who has a proven track record in sales within a marketing agency or affiliated industry (media, print, radio...). The agency is flying at the moment with its social & digital offering going through the roof, something they are keen to capitalise on – which is where you come in.
You will be a self-starter, highly motivated and proactive. You’ll understand the full sales cycle, not be afraid of the phone, comfortable developing relationships, able to spot opportunities and get a kick out of working with the whole agency in growing the business.
This is a sales role but within a very successful ad agency environment so you’ll need to mould into that persona. It’s a great opportunity as you’ll be working directly with the department heads who will be there to help close the leads you generate. This isn’t one of those new business roles with no structure or support, the agency offers clear and achievable career development for the successful candidate.
