This busy full service agency is looking for an Account Director to head up a large account group, and steer it to further success, growth and profitability; mentoring and guiding the team in order to sustain the high quality output of work and service levels. A significant part of the role will also be involved in new business, working alongside the BDD.
Candidates must have agency experience, and already be at Account Director level, added to which you must be a consummate communicator able to deal effectively at board level.
