Hi Fly Nest are looking for a passionate, dedicated and creative Sales and New Business Development Executive to help grow the company off the back of some exciting projects.
Hi Fly Nest is a social content + strategy agency dedicated to pushing boundaries and doing things differently. We’re a relatively young company but have already worked with the likes of London Fashion Week, Bjorn Borg, Clarks, Yellow Door, Adidas and more. Therefore the challenge of the sales executive will be to successfully leverage our existing showreel and client list, as well as our forward thinking approach to social media strategy, despite our relative lack of industry clout.
Working closely alongside the existing new business manager, you would be an integral part of a young, dynamic company with freedom to use your initiative and help develop a strategic approach to sales and new business.
The role will be goal oriented, however we’re a creative, forward-thinking environment always open to and experimenting with new approaches and drives. We’re a tightly knit team and though results are integral to the position, so is the desire to grow, to learn, and to develop yourself along with the company.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
Extremely confident dealing with potential new clients
Great networking skills (In person - essential, online - added bonus)
Insightful, incisive and straight-forward
Creatively minded and able to pitch ideas at the drop of a hat
Familiar with CRM software (Zoho would be ideal)
Familiar with and passionate about the milieu of advertising/marketing/design/digital.
Have a passion; bring something fresh to the table.
Confident with the forms, developments and trends of Social Media and digital distribution
An efficient and creative researcher
Able to establish partnerships/develop relationships
Some layout/design expertise (Familiarity with CS4 or higher, etc)
We work across a few different industries; corporate, technology, fashion, re- and etail, so you will need to be adaptable and quick to immerse yourself in a brand.
We’re looking for a candidate with approx. one to three year’s worth of agency (or equivalent/similar) experience, although less/more won’t be excluded out of hand.
