We’re looking for an Account Director for this independent agency based in South Manchester, who are well established with a strong and loyal client base. The MD is keen to appoint an Account Director who can free up some of their time for other areas of the business, by taking responsibility for managing, nurturing and growing client relationships. You should be strong at developing strategy with clients, able to advise and consult effectively, and happy to project manage work through the agency as this is a small team where you will need to be hands on. You will have responsibility of managing other members of staff so management skills are essential, and you should be commercially aware as you will have the opportunity to get involved within the successful running of the agency on a day to day operational basis.
