Excellent opportunity for any CRM Executives with proven CRM/eCRM experience to join one of the midlands’ best agencies. Initially for a period of 6-8 months, there’s every chance of it becoming a more permanent role and over the past couple of years there are very few out there who can compete with this agency in terms of expansion and new business wins so it's an incredibly exciting time to join the team.
As CRM Executive you’ll be tasked with supporting the CRM team to develop and deliver CRM/eCRM activity for clients that will help develop propositions that drive customer value and engagement. To be considered for the role you must therefore have previously worked on a number of CRM/eCRM projectgs, and boast a good base of knowledge and experience in data acquisition, segmentation and targeting, measurement and evaluation, data storage, list buying and so on. If you haven’t been involved in every single aspect, it’s not a problem, as long as you have a solid base of experience in the CRM field.
This experience could have been gained either in an agency or in-house environment, the key is that you have a good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple CRM projects, plus that you have good analytical skills when it comes to analysing data and evaluating results. As you’d expect, you’ll need to have brilliant communications skills and are a real team player.
