As an agency, Creative Lynx aims to deliver relevant, distinctive and effective marketing solutions for our clients. Marketing budgets are falling, and the need for clients to demonstrate cost-effectiveness and ROI is higher than ever. More agencies are competing for less resource and clients are looking to agencies to provide the complete package – insight, strategy, creativity, delivery and evaluation. At Creative Lynx, our Insight and Planning team work alongside Account Management to support Brand Managers at every step, from brand planning through campaign execution to evaluation and refinement. This function helps us to close the loop on our campaigns and projects.
Within this role you can expect to work on: Brand Planning; Long-term Planning for Brands and Accounts; KPI Generation and Measurement; Liaison with client BI and MR units; Market Testing and Evaluation; Landscaping, including Netnography, Therapy Area, and Digital Trends; Competitor Analysis and Breaking News; Pitches and Creative Brief generation.
To do this, we are looking for an industry experienced Marketer. Your experience may be from an agency, or you may currently be client side, either way, we’re looking for someone who is interested in what people do and why they do it. You should be willing to challenge the status quo and dive deep into subjects to develop robust insights supported by data from a wide range of sources. You’ll be capable of logical and in-depth analysis and construct a compelling story from your findings. You should be able to define key measures of campaign performance and devise methods and tools for measurement of KPIs. With a strategic mind set, you’ll be able to focus on the long-term future of a brand or account and be able to share this vision with internal colleagues. You’ll work with clients to understand long-term brand objectives and interpret these to generate insights for internal teams. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, strong research ability and experience from the healthcare sector. You should also be passionate about digital and understand it as a channel – both for brand communication and as a tool for gathering insight.
