One of the UK’s largest and successful independent media agencies is urgently looking for an Insight Analyst to join their Manchester office.
Servicing over 200 big-name clients across various sectors and industries, the agency has set up a new function in Manchester which will focus entirely on insight and campaign planning. This function aims to give their clients a better understanding of their customer’s behaviours – and this is where you come in!
We are looking for someone who is looking to scope and progress this analytics department, which is still very new – and you will therefore play an integral part of this growing team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will learn to design and build propensity models and where you can get to learn customer segmentation, before translating key trends and analysis into actionable customer strategy. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will be supported by the best in the business and be working with some of the UKs most well-known brands.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Maths, Applied Science or Research and have strong analytical skills. You will be proficient in manipulating transactional data and capable of using advance statistical techniques for analysis. If you have used techniques such as clustering, CHAID or regression, this would be highly advantageous.
It would be beneficial to have a keen interest in the retail, home shopping, gaming and travel industries and even more advantageous if you had previous experience in these sectors.
