You’ll need to have come through the ranks at leading integrated advertising agencies and have a proven ability to develop joined up campaigns across the mix, led by above the line activity.
As you’d expect with a role of this nature you’ll need to demonstrate not only great leadership qualities, but also a real strategic nouse and clear commercial rigour. So a natural ability to develop client trust, grow accounts and nurture the talented team around you is key, and if you can do this then the long term opportunities on offer will be very hard to match.
