A successful corporate communications consultancy are seeking a Client Services Manager to join their very successful and rapidly growing Birmingham office. We are looking for experienced specialists in brand identity, corporate reporting, digital media, internal communications, marketing communications & online investor relations, ideally from a similar agency environment along with strong project management and people management skills.


This superb opportunity is all about meeting, managing and exceeding client expectations, going above and beyond every time and developing a deep understanding of individual client business needs. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of corporate communication projects and building and maintaining on-going excellent relationships with your clients ensuring you maximise on all business opportunities, including identifying and developing business and maintaining meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.

The most suited candidate will have previous experience working with various corporate communications projects (full design implementation, on-line media and print/production), experience of leading and managing a team, excellent understanding of the typesetting and print delivery process and the ability to present and communicate effectively at director level.

As a person you will commercially astute, confident yet approachable, well presented, have excellent communication / negotiation skills, and financially proficient.
