Job Description

Our client is looking for an UK Sales Director to lead their UK agency sales team and be responsible for delivering revenue from data in online marketing services to agreed revenue targets. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the data sales space, including how networks, trading desks and agencies work together, in order to deliver revenue in the right way.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Provide sales leadership across the Media Division
• Recruit and manage a team of sales managers and account managers
• Define key success metrics for the business, develop a metric driven sales culture and report on these metrics weekly in company meetings and written reports
• Engage with clients to be able to get accurate forecasts of spend ahead of time
• Lead by example and conduct sales efforts, attending meetings with existing clients and new clients as appropriate
• Meet with clients to understand where our product can be improved and communicate to the product and technical team required features that will make our product more competitive in the market
You are an experienced digital salesperson with an existing client database as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic and ever changing environment and are willing to work flexible hours according to ever-changing demands. You have a proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients at a senior level and possess an analytical sales approach.
