Job Description

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to work across two parts of their media team. To begin with you will take on the client relationship management of all clients and digital agency clients who buy data. It is likely that the number of account managers will increase as the business grows and in this case the clients will be split out.
For the bespoke projects you will own the client relationship once they are handed over from the Project Manager. For the agency sales team you will act as their person in the office who is always available to respond promptly to client requests. Managing team and clients’ will be a core part of your role, therefore, you must be a confident communicator and enjoy managing expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Building strong relationships with all client contacts – develop a good understanding of the client’s organization, their marketing strategies and objectives.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the client and as interface between the clients’ and internal teams
• Ensure follow up internally on all ad hoc client requests, such as look-a-like lists, reports, technical support
You will have a real passion for digital technology with outstanding organization skills. You must be able to act as an effective facilitator to bring together creative and technical specialists and the client. You must have solid experience of digital client relationship management, strong presentation/communication skills and a team-orientated, collaborative approach.
