As an agency that specialises predominantly in the retail/fmcg/leisure you’ll ideally bring with you a proven background of working on instantly recognisable brands in this space, however, this isn’t absolutely essential as long as you can convince us that you’re used to working on consumer brands across all forms of print. What is absolutely essential is that you bring with you a track record in high calibre design agencies and that you thrive on working in a fast paced design environment where turnaround times can often be tight, whilst never, ever, compromising on creative quality.

Whilst your agency track record should speak for itself, you’ll still need to convince us that you’ve got well-honed conceptual skills, coupled with impeccable design skills. We’re looking for a seasoned pro at developing concepts/designs that drive footfall, encourage visitors and shift products. Someone with a clear passion for the world of design, who’s always taking influences from their surroundings (wherever/whenever this may be), who keeps abreast of developments, seeks out new ideas and has an infectious appetite for their craft.

So your portfolio will ideally have a mix of print, pos, in-store graphics, advertising and broader integrated brand development activity.

We may be asking for a lot but if you fit the bill, there’s plenty of opportunity for you and a phenomenal role awaits. You’ll work closely with the CD, deputising for them in their absence, taking creative lead on a number of accounts, presenting ideas to clients and generally having a large degree of responsibility. Full progress to Deputy CD awaits the right person. There’s a brilliant collaborative culture too. Not bad really!
