Our client is looking for a Senior Account Development Manager who will implement their European Account Development strategy. Having responsibility for the revenue generation from a selection of key developmental clients on both the buy and sell sides, this role will lend itself to a candidate with strong sales skills, a good understanding of client strategy, and the ability to develop engagement and growth. The focus for this role is to increase revenue and diversify usage of our client’s technology platform in order to deliver the level of revenue expected and planned.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Continual execution of strategic plans for European clients, meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly business goals
• Develop client-by-client account plans, ensuring senior management are always aware of the state of the relationship with each client and are on plan for developing and growing that client
• Work closely with your counterpart within Client Services team ensuring our key customers are receiving the level of service expected
• Deliver revenue growth and product uptake across all European markets. Support efforts of both Technical Account Management, Account Management and Business Development teams where needed
• Understand and maintain profitable terms of use of proprietary technology
