Our client is a UK leader in the world of radio and interactive ad sales. Their new Solutions Business Manager will be the content expert within the Agency Sales Team. Working in partnership with the Agency Business Manager and other key commercial teams, you will drive Solutions revenue through their responses to non-spot briefs and the creation of market-leading pro-active ideas. Reporting to the Group Head and Account Director they will help cement our client’s reputation as a Solutions market leader.
Internal and external relationships and partnerships are key to this role so the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as enthusiasm and drive for our client’s product.
Responsibilities will include:
• To source, identify and secure new business opportunities by stimulating demand through bespoke pitches and presentations
• To work in partnership with Client Strategy on a cohesive strategy to maximise the extraction and conversion of new and existing business
• To ensure Solutions agency revenue is maximised
• To work in partnership with other managers to ensure all Solutions working practices are adhered to
• To accurately report and forecast Solutions revenue
• To achieve the highest possible level of customer service; strive to improve our way of working and exceed customer expectations
• To develop Account Manager/s through objective setting and coaching and feedback
• Conduct bi-weekly Account Manager 1-2-1s with ‘SMART’ objectives and a development plan as agreed.
