We are looking for a talented Junior Designer, who is bursting with original ideas, to join the creative studio at the HQ of this quality outdoor clothing retailer which is easily accessible from Cheltenham, Swindon or Cirencester.

The company have very healthy growth plans over the next few years with new stores springing up all the time as well as a high-end online presence. But the most exciting thing about this opportunity for any budding creative, is that the company do not use an outside design agency at all. ALL their creative work is generated and executed in-house, therefore there is ample opportunity for a Junior Designer to get involved in national retail campaigns from concept to completion, both on and offline.

Ideally, you will have picked up some commercial experience either via placements while at Uni or work experience since, though it is more about an outstanding conceptual portfolio. While you should know the fundamentals of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, the company are willing to invest time in the right candidate and bring them up to speed with the technical and artworking side of the job. Ideas must come as standard!
