As Account Director you will act as the primary point of contact for clients. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with bigger clients and driving the business further.
Responsibilities will include:
· Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of client campaigns.
· Drive strategic campaign development and identify areas for upsell opportunities and areas for account growth.
· Collate and present analysis of campaign performance and set agendas.
· Define clients’ business needs and identify areas of opportunity to grow campaigns relating back to performance against client targets.
· Develop presentations and case studies both for use internally and in the wider market place.
You are an experienced account manager with extensive experience of analysis and presentation of data to clients. You are highly organised with excellent communication and prioritising skills. You have experience of managing people and know how to motivate and focus your team in order to get the best out of each individual.
